Join Academy Senior Curator of Invertebrate Zoology Dr. Terry Gosliner, Aquarium general curator Bart Shepherd, assistant curator Seth Wolters and senior biologist J. Charles Delbeek as they journey to the Anilao region of the Philippines. Located in the Verde Passage region of the Philippines, this region boosts one of the highest levels of tropical marine biodiversity on the planet.
The focus of this trip is a continuation of Dr. Gosliner's research into the wonders of nudibranch biodiversity and an opportunity for Aquarium staff to photo document the area and collect specimens for propagation research and display, and to lay the groundwork for future collaborative coral propagation work with Philippine coral reef researchers.
