CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Transfers to Third Parties
Courts, tribunals, government authorities and related parties or counterparties with whom we share personal data, third-party vendors and business partners are in some cases located outside the EU. You can assert this right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the Member State where you are domiciled, at your place of work or at the place of the alleged breach.
