Join us for an evening of winter fun for all ages! This family-friendly party features music, tasty treats, indoor snow flurries, live reindeer and more.

Planetarium schedule

  • 6:30 pm: Polar Tour of the Night Sky (Morrison Planetarium)
  • 6:40 pm: Solar System Safari (Hohfeld Hall)
  • 7:15 pm: Polar Tour of the Night Sky (Morrison Planetarium)
  • 7:25 pm: Solar System Safari (Hohfeld Hall)

Important event information

  • The Academy Cafe opens at 6 pm and stops serving hot food at 8:30 pm. Grab 'n Go items will be on sale until 9 pm.

  • The Music Concourse Parking Facility will be open until 10:30 pm on December 17. $17 flat rate.

  • Reminder: The animals in the rainforest have an early bedtime! The exhibit will close at 8 pm.

Take a peek at the Academy's scientific collections on this eye-opening 30 minute tour. Tours depart at 6:30, 7, 7:30, and 8 pm. $12 per person; for ages 8 and up.
